Please read these terms carefully before signing up to ECCMS.

These terms govern your use of ECCMS, a software product provided by TaskFlow, a sole trader business operated by Harrison Dangerfield, trading as TaskFlow, based in the United Kingdom (full business address available on request).
By signing up to ECCMS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with sign-up.
ECCMS (Exterior Cleaning Company Management System) is a web-based software platform that enables exterior cleaning businesses to manage client bookings, generate quotes and invoices, and track business finances.
The service is provided on a hosted, fully managed basis. TaskFlow is responsible for setup, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the system and for managing your client relationships.
By signing up, you agree to the following:
You may not cancel the monthly subscription within the 18-month minimum term. After the minimum term has elapsed, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice sent to harrison@taskflow.systems.
The total minimum financial commitment under this agreement is £795 (£75 setup + 18 × £40) or £870 (£150 setup + 18 × £40), depending on your chosen setup.
Monthly fees are collected in advance. Failure to pay within 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of your ECCMS account. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your account, and any outstanding balance will remain due.
TaskFlow reserves the right to revise pricing after the initial 18-month term, with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
Following receipt of your setup fee and onboarding information, TaskFlow will aim to have your ECCMS system live within 7 working days. Timescales may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements and how promptly you provide the necessary information.
The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration work has commenced.
You agree to:
TaskFlow will use reasonable efforts to keep ECCMS available and operational. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
Support is available by email at support@taskflow.systems. We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days.
ECCMS, including its design, code, and functionality, remains the intellectual property of TaskFlow. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the active term of your agreement.
Any data you enter into the system (client details, jobs, invoices, etc.) remains yours. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a data export on request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskFlow's liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
TaskFlow is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of ECCMS, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or data loss caused by user error.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
TaskFlow may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of ECCMS after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
